This program prepares students for professional practice in telecommunications and information technologies. It is jointly offered by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and Department of Computer Science (CS), can be completed in one year of full-time study.

Applicants should have obtained a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0/4.0; minimum GRE score of 900 (quantitative and verbal) and 2.5 (analytical). In addition to this, international students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based) or 80 (internet based).
