The Master of Education (MEd) in higher and postsecondary education is an applied program designed to shape scholars and leaders with knowledge and skills paralleling the trajectory of the New American University. Program graduates are prepared to advance student and institutional success across every area of the undergraduate learning experience.

success seminar featuring MEd peer instructors to help build relationships, create a professional e-portfolio and develop skills for student success
courses integrate theory to practice through relevant research, models and applied skills
creative practicum experience to advance skills and professional development
collaborate with university learning partners to fund graduate students through management internship opportunities
culminates with an applied project (non-thesis) that demonstrates the student's learning and development for job applications, professional growth and lifelong learning
