Statistics and Microeconomics ：Though they are not prerequisites, we highly encourage completion of basic statistics and microeconomics courses from an accredited institution prior to application. MIDP: 设在Duke Centre for International Development下，适合在职人员，对学术方面要求相对较低。不要求GRE。
the Master of International Development Policy，2009年7月1日前叫the Master of Arts Program in International Development Policy (PIDP).
MIDP Fellows each choose from among five specializations:
•Applied Economics
•Development Management and Governance
•Environmental Management and Policy
•Peace and Conflict Resolution
•Social Policy
While the required MIDP core seminars remain the same, fellows work with their advisors to select elective courses based on their area of specialization.

November 8 – 因为很多系在12月初就发录取了，建议这个时间递。
December 8 - Priority deadline for submission of Ph.D. applications for admission and award for the fall semester. 尽管很多系可以接收材料直到12月30日，但是建议在12月8日前递交。
January 30 - Priority deadline for submission of Master's applications for admission and award for the fall semester. (Exception: Master of Arts in Liberal Studies - May 15).
