大学综合排名：34;商学院排名：24。属于接近顶尖学校的类型。
学生组成：Simon前25名商学院中最具国际色彩的学校，国际学生比例高达45%以上，且亚洲学生数量很高。金融硕士项目的中国人比例大概为25%。
基本特点：西蒙商学院的金融分支属于美国顶尖，会计和金融服务业也是重点分支。由于近年来金融行业整体发展迅速，使得西蒙商学院成为有志于从事金融或投行业申请者的目标。金融是罗切斯特的强势学科，其它学科一般。
申请相关：其招生其规模不大，秋季入学人数在160人左右，春季在60~70人左右。其中金融硕士项目每年招收40名学生左右，其中来自中国大陆的 学生大概有10人。金融项目非常难申请，需要具有顶尖北京的学生申请金融硕士项目，Rochester MSF较为偏向有工作经验的申请者。
