Describe your three most substantial accomplishments and explain why you view
them as such.
One of my life principles is ‘Where there is a will, there is a way.’I used to be a soccer player.When I was in college, I had a very strong and healthy figure. But over the years of working, I have become a heavy person due to longer working hours and fewer workouts. When I occasionally looked at my old pictures, I was getting uncomfortable. Besides this, however, as a sales director, when one after another working pressure coming to me, I frequently got physically exhausted. 'It's time to lose weight.' I said to myself. Hence, after making a firm decision, I began my action in the summer of year [Year XXXX]. I still had three meals a day, yet most of which are fruit and vegetables. I also joined the nearby fitness club, working out for at least one hour every other day. After six months of hard time, I lost fifty pounds from two hundred pounds. Stronger and healthier again, I felt that I was able to deal with any stress easily. The reason that I view this event as one of my most substantial accomplishments is because I realized that so long as you have the courage to challenge yourself and persevere in doing what you want to do, there is no difficulty you cannot overcome.
