东洛杉矶大学East Los Angeles College,ELAC创建于1945年，是一所两年制的公立社区大学，为洛杉矶社区学院校区的9所盟校之一，是东洛杉矶学院是加州顶尖社区大学之一和洛杉矶社区的顶尖学院，位于加州洛杉矶县的蒙特利公园市。
东洛杉矶大学East Los Angeles College可颁发两年制大专 学历和证书，受到了西方学院协会和中国教育部的广泛认可。学生在该校学习两年后可把学分转入其它大学，继续学习两年后可取得学士学位。有许多成绩优秀的国 际留学生成功转入一些名牌大学如：斯坦福大学、加州大学洛杉矶分校、哈佛大学、加州州立大学、加州大学伯克利分校、南加州大学等。
东洛杉矶学院East Los Angeles College在校生人数有2万余名学生，来自50多个不同国家的350位的国际留学生，平均国际学生每年的花费不超过8000美元。学校尽最大可能为学生提供优良的学习环境和学习机会，鼓励个人成长和发展。一学年分为春秋两个学期。
东洛杉矶大学East Los Angeles College占地八十二英亩，有电脑室、书店、食堂、警察局、健康中心、学生公园、大会堂、著名画家达文西王子美术馆以及能够容纳二千人的爱迪生表演中心。
东洛杉矶大学East Los Angeles College拥有符合奥运会比赛标准的游泳池、十六个网球场，室内学生中心包括篮球场、排球场、羽毛球场、棒球场、垒球场、舞蹈室，另外还有一个拥有二万二千座位的露天运动场(曾是一九八四年洛杉矶奥运会的一个比赛场地)。
