Updates on Higher Education Fall 2011 Admission
After much consideration, the Higher Education, area of specialization, in the Department of Education Leadership, Higher Education and International Education, EDHI, Master’s program will not be admitting new students for the 2011-2012 academic year. The College of Education at the University of Maryland is currently restructuring. Part of that restructuring includes the merging of the College Student Personnel and the EDHI programs, once within two different academic departments.
While we regret we will miss welcoming new students into the EDHI community this year, we believe that we will best serve students by taking this year to work together in creating a new and enhanced program. We are looking forward to the changes in store and believe we will be able to provide new opportunities for future students.
If you have already submitted an application for admission to the Higher Education, area of specialization for the Master’s Program for Fall 2011, you will be reimbursed the application fee.
Update on International Education Policy Fall 2011 Admission
International Education Policy continues to consider MA and PhD applications for Fall 2011 as usual.
