Were you given options for the date of the interview?: Yes - We exchanged a few emails (he had a very tight agenda) and finally agreed on the time and date.

Could you choose the interview's location?: No - We met at his office. He sent me the address and told me to look it up in a map.

What was the most difficult question?: A time when I lead a team and let my team down.

Re-read information on the program.What was your opinion of the Alumni?: He was passionate about the program. I was able to see that at the end, when I asked him several questions. He gave me a lot of information about program and the feel of the place. It was really motivating to see an alumni who loved his school.

It was obvious he wanted to bring out the best in the interviewee. Was there something you wish you had known ahead of time?: Yes - I only found out that morning that the interview was in English and that I had to dress formally.

What other advice can you offer future interviewees?: Be yourself. Pause and think before each question. Organize your thoughts ahead of time.
